If you have a support question, please supply as much information as you can to get swifter support. As a bare miniumum you must supply versions of Joomla, PHP, MySQL, your browser and the component you are using. You should also supply the exact error message you receive, if any, and on which page it happens. If I can't replicate your problem I won't be able to help you.

Don't post feature requests or bug reports in this forum. For those things, you should use the trackers at JoomlaCode.org.
