Since there seems to be a bunch of users running vBulletin and wanting at least some form of integration I decided to create an exporter for Mambo based on the one I have for UBB.threads.

Read on for further information.

This is the first release of vbtomambo and includes basic user import for vBulletin 2.2.x. I won't be able to update it to later vBulletin versions unless someone can donate a vBulletin license. I could also create a complete integration for a modest fee.

The exporter can be run either as a cron job or interactively from the web and each time it is run, all users not in the Mambo db will be exported. Please read the readme before trying this out, and make sure you make backups!

Very cool idea and one I might suggest for a new site startup. I know they want
to integrate vBulletin, but moving over users would be a first step.

with this scripts, i can use the vbulletin user register in mambo portal?

the user than to registered can login with this data in mambo?? :?
