Custom Development

Due to taking on a full-time job as a Systems Architect, I'm not available for custom development anymore.

I'm planning on keeping my extensions updated as well as adding new features. For people interested in custom development for my extensions you could ask on the Support Forum. If I can't help, someone else might be able to.

Switching Servers PDF Print E-mail
Written by Olle Johansson

A couple of weeks ago, the hard drive in my server crashed completely. When I tried inserting a new one I realized that the server was just to old and crappy to work any more. I believe the power outage this summer, along with a new one this time, was just too much for the poor old computer. So I decided I needed a new one, and ordered a new server in a much better server location immediately. Unfortunately, this has proven a lot more difficult and expensive than I had hoped so it's taking too long. I still have no idea when I can get the new server up and running, but it will hopefully not be too long.

Until then I decided to set up this site on a temporary server since I get a lot of support requests by mail and I just don't have the time to answer them all. Especially since I'm temporarily handicapped at the moment, having had surgery done on my hand recently.

This server might be a bit slow, and the internet connection to it might go down once in a while, but it's better than nothing. The backup is also a couple of days old, so a few forum messages and such will be missing but it's not much I can do about that. At least I hope most of the site is working, though some files were missing from the backup. So please let me know if you find something odd or there are broken links somewhere, especially in the File Archive.

I'm glad too that you're back! Your jobline-component is the best! Hope you can
deal your serverproblem.

It seems to be arranged now, not quite in the way I had hoped as I won't have my
own dedicated server. But it should still suffice for my purposes, I hope. Will
take a while until I've had time to move everything though.
