Hello
Could someone please give me step by step instructions on how to backup my Mamblog entries ie. the individual blogs and inserted images.
Are these viewable in other systems - I mean can they be imported?

They are saved as standard content items in the database. Any component that backs up content/articles will back up Mamblog entries as well. You could also use a MySQL tool like phpMyAdmin.
