Multiple blogs using the one instance of mamblog 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hello

I am currently using mamblog on my site (www.masonfamily.info) and love it. What I would like to do is on my home page display blogs from certain users (in my case 'Rick' and 'Kerrie' then create a menu item called Sophie and have this link through to only show blogs which have been created by the user 'Sophie' - is this possible? I hope so, how do you do it?

I have created a menu item called 'Sophie' and directed it to a url of http://www.masonfamily.info/index.php?option=com_mamblog&task=show&action=user&id=Sophie - I also tried the user id instead of the username with no luck - it displayed all blogs.

Help!!!

Thanks in advance for your help.
Cheers
Rick

You also need to add the Itemid to the URL, or Joomla won't know what to do.
http://masonfamily.info/joomla/index.php?option=com_mamblog&Itemid=35&task=show&action=user&id=67

Also, there seems to be a problem with URL rewriting on your site. So you need to use the url that Mamblog itself displays, with the joomla sub-directory and no www in the beginning.
