NOTE TO MOD: I apologize... I posted this in completely the wrong forum. I had two windows open because I just completed my forum registration. Could you please move this to the correct forum?

I'm using the latest version of Jobline with Joomla 1.5. I have a site set up so that the ability to post a job is public and free, but new postings require administrative approval; when the admin approves each posting, they will mark it as visible only to registered users, in effect making the site a private job board with public posting ability.

When the administrator approves a job posting, I'd like to have an e-mail sent to all registered users who have a certain field checked on their community builder profile. The field's value in the DB is 0 if unchecked, 1 if checked, so could be used in a SELECT statement when getting the list of e-mail addresses.

I'm just looking for a little bit of direction since I'm new to Jobline and the community and especially the developer will know much more about it than I do. Which files would I need to modify to make this happen? Which PHP functions would I be editing to best accomplish this?
