I have a domain and a subdomain.
Subdomain is used for job postings,
Main domain is used for other stuff.
The reason I separated the two, is because I need to use some components which are not fully compatible on both.
So, my question is: how do display jobs from subdomain on the main domain?
e.g. display latest jobs from jobs.site.com at site.com

It depends entirely upon how you have separated the two domains.
If both are Joomla installations in the same database but with different database table prefixes, you could just edit the show jobs module and change "#__" to the prefix for the Joomla installation containing Jobline.
