Site upgrade and redesign

Jx Development has finally been upgraded to Joomla 1.5! It's taken some time since I've had to upgrade some of my custom extensions to work natively. I will try to release these extensions as well. Although new versions of Jobline are more important.

I've also switched the forum to Kunena and moved to JComments as the comment system. Hopefully this will fix problems with spamming, or at least make it easier to install protection later on if needed.

The site upgrade has been the biggest hurdle stopping releases of my open source projects. I will probably also add information about all my other open source projects, not just Joomla.

If I can find the time, I'll try to structure the information a bit better in the future. To make things easier to find and understand.

Let me test if I can optimize the use of this extension: eliminating, for instance, some applications that are above.
